Fund the Campaign

Okay, we haven't been entirely honest with you. This is not a political campaign (sorry to disappoint). In reality, we are a team of filmmakers who are in need of your help! Philip Knight is our most ambitious project to date. A political, satirical, action-packed short film that promises heist sequences, car crashes, fight scenes and a whole lot of narcissism. We cannot do this without you! Any support would be greatly appreciated. Please click donate now to find out more about the project and where your money is going!

About the film

In a race for leadership, it is every man for themselves. Philip Knight, a respected and powerful politician, must play dirty as he battles against the largest smear campaign of his political career.

Philip Knight is a political action film that satirises real world British politics. Jump into a world of narcissism, manipulation and misdirection. Taking inspiration from House of Cards, The Thick of It and a hint of Kingsman; this film promises scope that will take you from parliament to the french alps in the blink of an eye! The team are extremely excited to bring our ambitious vision to life, scroll down to find out more about the individuals involved. We can't do this without you

The Cast

Phil Snowden

Philip Knight

Phil Snowden

Inspired by the rise of Trump, Philip Knight vows to take on the current system. Building his legacy on the ruins that he leaves in his wake. There are three things Knight values above all else. Power, Control and Respect. Three things, that are about to be  brought into question.

Suzie Horton

Elizabeth June

Suzie Horton

June is a familiar face in the political world. Respected and loved in the hearts of many, she has risen to the top with very little friction from those who have attempted to stand in her way. With her progressive take on traditional values, nothing can seemingly stop this political titan.

Angela Tinkler

ANNA Davis

Angela Tinkler

The definition of an opportunist. In her time, Anna has seen the rise and fall of great politicians, thriving where others failed. Now, Anna has aligned her focus with Philip's. With an off-the-wall, anarchistic approach, she has the opportunity to be a leading member in a disruptive political movement.

Craig Taylor

Currently Casting

Craig Taylor is an enigma. He has been June's right hand man from the beginning. Often described as a dark horse, his seemingly naive outlook causes many of his opponents to underestimate him. If June has kept him around for so long, there must be more than meets the eye when it comes to Craig.

Drew Paterson

MARK PUNT

Drew Paterson

Public relations is a difficult game in politics. Mark has the unfortunate job of keeping his party in line. Easier said, than done. Over his many years of service, he has developed a no nonsense attitude that strikes fear into the hearts of those who are unfortunate enough to stand in his way.

Leigh Hughes

Neil Barge

Leigh Hughes

A man of the people. Neil has risen to the top of UK politics as an every man, looking out for the little people. Ironic on his £250,000 paycheck. Either way, Neil continues to fight the system in whatever way he sees fit. Unfortunately, he suffers from foot in mouth, placing him firmly on Mark's radar.

Meet the Team

Get ready. It's a long list...

Chris Hailes - A short film director

Chris Hailes

Scriptwriter, Director

There is nothing quite as ridiculous as politics. In a world this complex, we need cynical hand to shape the story. Good job we have Chris! His experience in writing and directing, combined with his... opinions... make him for the perfect job.

Josh Cowle - Action film stunts

Josh Cowle

Fight Director, Assistant Director

Do you like punching things? Well, this guy makes a living off it! Josh is bringing his unique skill set from working as a stunt man in order to choreograph and create entertainingly over the top fight sequences. Ever wondered what a politician is thinking? Clue: It's violent.

Bethany Cornelius - Short film producer

Bethany Cornelius

Producer

Producing is all about being as resourceful and as organised as humanly possible. Sounds fun right? Well, it is to Beth... and that's what matters. With experience in producing a range of shorts, documentaries and adverts, her attention to detail is unparalleled.

Horia Dragoi - Cinematography & VFX

Horia Dragoi

Cinematographer, VFX Artist, Web Designer

With 6 years experience in VFX and a masterful eye for visuals (+ a slightly creepy obsession with cameras...), no one one is better suited for making the world come to life visually than Horia. Don't believe us? He designed this website!

Em Cooke - Camera assistant

Em Cooke

Camera Assistant

Speaking of an obsession with cameras... Em is bringing her vast experience in camera operating to the project. She is even working on a wireless follow focus system with Horia, made specifically for the project. Talk about dedication.

Joao Corona - Philip Knight sound designer

Joao Corona

Sound Supervisor

Sound is often overlooked in films. Fear not, this guy is paying close attention. Joao's industry experience and unrelenting need for perfection give him an excellent grounding for the ambitious sound design that he has dedicated himself too.

Marvin McMahon - Composer

Marvin McMahon

Composer

Talented is an understatement. With experience in the film and music industry ranging from feature films to adverts for companies such as Peta2, Mercedes-Benz and the Berlin Fashion Show; Marvin is undoubtedly the perfect composer for Philip Knight.

Georgia Corrigan - Philip Knight production designer

Georgia Corrigan

Production Designer

Politics is all about appearance. Georgia is the one who has been charged with bringing the vanity of politics to the screen. Her experience in costume design and make up from her time at the Dungeons makes for an unrivaled skill set that promises to bring the world to life.

Gerard Marshal - Editor, VFX artist

Gerard Marshall

Editor, VFX Assistant

Editing is an unseen art form. When Gerard is at his best, you don't even notice him, which is ironic considering he is 6ft 4. His attention to detail and ability to seemingly work 24/7 have come together in order to craft the fast paced world of Philip Knight.
